Annan Thol. Thiruma spoke in the 12th International cultural conference of the International Movement of Tamil Cultural (IMTC) which was held at Hamm city of Germany. On 40th anniversary of IMTC this Conference, the conference was held for two days and began with the prayer in the temple of Hamm city in Germany.
Political figures, professors from educational sectors, literature enthusiasts and many social activities from branches in more than 50 countries around the world took part in this conference.
In this conference, the Federal party leader Mavai Senathirajah, Tamil Nadu Liberation Panthers Party(Viduthalai Chiruthaigal katchi ) leader Thol.Thirumavalvan, Parliamentarian C.Sritharan, professor, Tamil activists participated.
At this conference, various premier cultural magazines, pamphlet and articles were displayed. In this event various cultural events and speeches were given. Also one of the top political party figure in Germany also participated in this conference.
